Today I visited the Osage Exhibition situated in Kwun Tong. I expected a lot from this exhibition, specially because today it was the inaguration, but it came out to be as boring as looking at the air. Actually there were really cool things such as the two wells in which videocamera were installed so you could see the other person in the other one.
The whole exhibition is called Crosscurrents (New Media Art From Beijing and Hong Kong) and Ambient Art (Kinsgsley Ng). Both of the artists were there in the inaguration, and both gave accompanied by some other artists were giving a long (and quite boring to be true) talk. Their aim was exploring the possibility of the new media art and the artistic use of computers and new technologies. The structure, music, light projections and movement in these works are designed to absorb the audience both physically and spiritually. In contrast with the medium of the talk, Jin Jiangbo gave a nice short talk showing his niceness and sincerity about his art.
However, the best thing was the free food (haha I’m being such as superficial kid). Jen and me agreed that we tried the best cooked ham in Hong Kong (if not in the world) ever.
The best: The well and the food (hm. maybe the wine too)
The worst: The medium, who did not know how to speak Mandarin.

I’ve just seen Grey’s Anatomy 2×05 and I conclude that it is the best episode ever. It was so sweet so heart-touching. I can’t believe I become like those TV-obssesed people but I did, anyways I make the most of my holidays. There are 6 days already left… Omg, I have to study like crazy! I’ve also seen a Grey’s Anatomy tee in the ABC website, it was included in a Seriously collection, all of you that have seen the series would know what I’m talking about but there was only for women, whatever. Official merchandising is the best thing ever! Viva capitalism!
